Augustus Court

Augustus Court is a residential townhouse development consisting of fourteen (14) units. Each unit has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms. The units have been designed with large open spaces and ideally placed patios allowing residents to enjoy the outdoors. Our specially designed doors and large windows allow for a naturally ventilated living space but the choice of an air conditioned space is also available as all units will be fully air conditioned.

The square footage per unit varies between one thousand nine hundred and seventy four (1974) square feet and two thousand one hundred and ninety four (2194) square feet. Each unit has parking for two vehicles, one garage parking and one open air car park spot. Please refer to the section “Floor Plans” for more details.

As part of the development, wiring for various services will be run throughout the unit and include telephone and cable television. Each unit will also be equipped with a water tank and pump system, a water heater, an external laundry sink and connections for a washer and dryer.

The units will have a fenced back yard so as to provide a private area and the option of having a personal plunge pool will be available.

The front and back of each unit will be properly landscaped. The property boundary wall will consist of both concrete and wrought iron. The gate to the compound will be an automated wrought iron sliding gate and a pedestrian gate will also be located on the site. An intercom system will be provided. The main roadway in the development will be an asphalt paved surface and all driveways will be surfaced with grass pavers.

Augustus Court is located in a prime residential area at the South-West corner of Smart and Scott Streets, St. Augustine, Trinidad, Trinidad and Tobago. The development is in close proximity to health facilities, shopping, supermarkets, banking and entertainment.

Augustus Court consists of two types of townhouses, the Orchid Townhouse and the Jasmine Townhouse.

Orchid Townhouse

The Orchid Townhouse has a total floor space of two thousand one hundred and ninety four (2194) square feet and has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms. This unit has a three hundred and ninety six (396) square foot backyard that has a plunge pool with a 10’ x 10’ footprint. There is parking for two (2) vehicles at the front of the unit, one garage parking space and one open air car park spot.

Jasmine Townhouse

The Jasmine Townhouse has a total floor space of one thousand nine hundred and seventy four (1974) square feet and has three (3) bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms. This unit has a one hundred and seventy six (176) square foot backyard. There is parking for two (2) vehicles at the front of the unit, one garage parking space and one open air car park spot.
